Nervous

Well I am back on the boat and I set off on my trip tomorrow morning with all guns blazing as I will push and head for Shardlow. I am little nervous I have to say. I am doing an unfamilar area, not in my boat,all seems a little strange. To make matters worse I have decided to try and give up smoking again. As this is such a change in routine and also I only have myself to annoy and shout as the lack of nicotine hits. I thought I would try again, I can also get out on the bike and the fresh and excerise would all help. We shall see, as it is the hardest thing in the world to do
